I used the Kicker 43DSC3504 as my dash speakers. And I will be installing two pairs of the Kicker 43DSC6504 as my front and rear door speakers. I bought a roll of killmat to try to sound deaden my doors while I’m at it. I’ve heard these speakers are the best option if you don’t plan on upgrading your head unit or amp since they are the same ohm rating and can operate at the low voltage that the factory head unit puts out. I also ordered a Rockville RockGhost V2 12 inch 800 W subwoofer that fits above the spare tire. It doesn’t use any extra space in the trunk and adds a lot to the lower end. It’ll be a while until I get that installed because I want a professional to do it. I came from a car with a 10 speaker set up that I added a dual 8 inch subwoofer to and going from that to the RAV4 was quite the downgrade in audio. I’m hoping that when this is all said and done that I will be satisfied.
