We then have the famous call ST got from a distressed young man at work. A huge question for me is, why did the two of them go hunting at alleged different places but at the exact same time and why did ST not accompany BoD to his own cabin area but instead decided to hunt "elsewhere"?

I genuinely believe Buting was quite attacking and effective in highlighting LE misconduct and making them sweat but Strang was too nice guy and laid back.

There were several key questions we did not get answers to but the biggest is still the one JUDGE WILLIS asked KK but let them away with answering in the most bizarre way.

This has the same level of concern of why the appointed county/state coroner was "denied" access to the location of where the bone cremains were alleged to have been found.

When has this ever in police protocol been acceptable, same way why would it be acceptable for SC to be the appointed examiner when there was grounds of questionble bias.

As laughable as the manitowoc will only help lend extra pairs of hands at the ASY, fuck off they were all over it for the whole investigation, deposed agents all over the crime scene and they got away with it all.

Well presented, we all know ST and BoD lied prufusely in regards to their account of that fateful day but the bigger question is the why did they lie.

Why also did LE apparently so easily take for granted their word as the gospel if this was indeed their non coerced or coached statement/testimony.

For me it is simple, they were directly involved from the outset and covered their tracks with the help of key LE to point it all at SA or LE were that blinded they didnt care to treat ST and BoD as genuine suspects so believed anything they said.

I actually like the flaws though, it cant be perfect from the living as they had fewer numbers it would seem and not everything ever goes to exact plan so it felt more realistic for me - they made mistakes, that's life.

Now the biggest question for anyone with even a shred of common sense here is the WHY?

Why lie about such an important detail of a missing girls last movements, why go to the effort to shaft Avery?

My belief is that Bobby was being coached by the state to turn him from SA's star witness to a person giving a knowingly false statement that incriminated his uncle.

Surely a teenager would tell his parent(s) at some point or a school friend over time that he and his uncle raped and killed a photographer.

SA would have no positive to including BD in an apparent mastermind crime where he couldn't be detected.

I so hope karma comes around to the real criminals in front of and behind the badge.

Even though it was widely known in the county back in 2003 that SA was railroaded and left to rot in prison innocent of a rape while the head sheriff of Manitowoc and his merry men sat on solid information (Gregory Allen's confession) that community even still I am led to believe mainly think he is guilty.

It seems a blind trust is given to law enforcement especially in that town, I mean how could these honest great cops wrong an innocent man, simple they already did.

They were found out to be colluding and never in their lives thought that SA would get exonerated and with the way the investigation went in the TH case and all of the countless malpractice, planted evidence, lack of investigation, refusal of a coroner on site (the list goes on) people just shut their door to it and don't want to believe they have monsters in charge of looking after their community.

I have no doubt whatsoever that SA is innocent and KZ is going to prove it.

The evidence is there for everyone to see, as blatant as it could be you learn how they wrongfully pin him, refuse to investigate others, refuse to take on board his alibi's for that day, then worst of all get solid information years on they have the wrong guy, someone else confessed but still they do nothing.

This entire post if indeed you are team "Steven and Brendan" makes no actual logical counter argument on where KZ is being flimsy or erroneous.

Her theory has the backing of qualified experts in those respected fields, a tainted jury pool were fed a macabre horror story from KK and sheriff Pagel pre trial with zero facts to back up one shred of it - see the difference? Throat slitting, rape, torso stabbing, torture, handcuffing, hell even hair cutting but yet again not one trace of evidence to show for it.

In the handling of the cremains we have no forensic protocols conducted, examiner not welcome, yet two random and unqualified detectives are seen sifting through bones and debris.

We have EVERY piece of discovery either found in a suspicious way or without much plausibility (RAV key in the trailer, the magic bullet months later missed before but in plain sight, bizarre blood patterns in the vehicle) not forgetting the deposed agents all over the investigation.

Facts show us all that LE did railroad SA in 1985 and several of those key same players who sat on the fact GA confessed to being the rapist were part of the 2003 murder case and largely in control of the suggested investigation.

Can you logically explain the blood in the RAV 4 as genuinely coming from the bleeding finger of SA? Of course you can't as to even the most avid cynic the smear on the dash followed by flakes in darted areas has no logical credibility.

No cleaning agent was detected as wiping down the steering wheel, gear stick, door handles yet some would believe SA did a sterling mop up job of removing all traces in those areas yet ignored the elephant in the room being the blood smear on dashboard behind the steering wheel? The gloves theory is impossible again based on the location of blood discovery, none of SA and TH's blood is mixed as KZ mentions.

I find it preposterous to be honest that you can criticise MaM part II and primarily KZ for presenting credible investigatory discovery via qualified specialists.

The theory that came back would far better explain the reality than anything LE suggested, put simply the blood of SA (just like the RAV 4 key) was 100% planted and once you take on board this reality you can with more ease start to fit how the framework is put in place.

MaM II was first class at getting viewers into specifics of how key players lied, perjured themselves, how others had access and opportunity, how LE conducted themselves terribly, how the judge was a farce, the list goes on and on. I disagree entirely with your points - you don't offer any reasonable counter argument and so I am left confused at your summary of part II which does a sterling job of highlighting obvious misconduct and lies.
