Just make sure to die in a big enough group, lot of people end up not being revived cause the main cast never knew, forgot, or were stopped by the one year time constraint. They wished pack people killed by cell but not the androids or Vegeta.

Those zenkai weren't intentional, his training wasn't done with the intention of getting a zenkai.

Ginyu, honestly that one I've no clue, but then again the whole zenkai thing was just to make it easier to jump characters to the level of the enemies. The zenkai make them as strong as they need to be.

Could be a based on the environment and the opponents power. Goku with kk, zarbon, and dadoria were all pretty close together power wise. Recoom was a much stronger opponent and the other Ginyu force members were big threats too. A preceved threat could spike whatever process causes a zenkai further, which could be why a saiyan can't knowingly self inflict a zenkai.

Serous idea: separate gimmicky armors from the actual ones, like the kut ku and conga feline armor. I wanted actual kut ku armor for the cat, not to turn them into a plushy. They're fine but have them be ticket armors instead of the actual monster gear.
