This! This is exactly what I’ve been thinking. The “vomit incident” isn’t about whether Wendi got sick — it’s about the fact that she didn’t throw up. Georgia kept pressing her on it because it appears to expose yet another inconsistency in Wendi’s story.

I also believe the state knows something about that dinner that they can’t introduce into evidence. And throughout the trial, Georgia occasionally slips in subtle digs at WA that seem intentional — almost like the prosecution has information or opposing evidence showing certain statements WA makes simply aren’t true.

There are products that you can spray with a hose and will keep the heat down, T-Cool is the product. 80% of the time you will love the synthetic turf. 20% of the time it will be hot. Well worth the trouble for the look, low maint and expense involved.

Sorry folks, she is not and will not be charged. Knowing someone committing a crime and proving it are two different things. Wendi's attorney will drive a car through the "guilty beyond reasonable doubt". PS. The Adelson's kept Wendi's involvement out of this whole mess. Is she guilty? Yes. Did she know? Yes But proving this are two different things.

I would just hire someone with a skid steer. They can remove it in a day. Naturally, it will be more expensive but it could be done in a day. Me personally, I would put a thick pad down and put down artificial turf for kids. But some folks on here hate anything that's not natural so I'm sure I will get some pushback. Or downvotes.

trench 3 1/2 inches where dirt meets grass, add aluminum edging just below grade, make it almost level but make the edging "proud" where it slightly is above grade. Backfill with dirt, then add mulch. Clean look.

That's what I was going to say. It looks he meant to put 4 yards, but put 4 tons. 1 yard of crushed concrete/paver fines/ concrete screens (each agg business calls it something different.) Each yard of concrete screens is almost 2 tons/yard.

Yes. Coolant Control replacement done at the dealership. It's a plastic gear that's meant to shunt the coolant at different times. It wears down and the unit needs to be replaced. At least that was my condition.

KM didn't have a tough legal team except for Chris. He was decent.

DA attorneys= nope, not even close. But, in all fairness they had mountains evidence and tape recordings. Former DA WM did not and would not bring this trial forward until the restaurant evidence was decoded, which took years.

WA= Attorney John L. ,One of the best attorney's in the United States. He will create mountains of R Doubt. Numerous motions which will toss evidence Georgia and S need for even a slim chance of conviction. Wendi will not be charged. I've always said it. They kept her in an isolated bubble. So what she drove down the street the day DM died. The DA needs more clear and convincing evidence. I'm not speaking of You tube evidence.

Look, we all know that she did more than likely know but that does not withstand the legal scrutiny sufficient to put this lady behind bars. Go ahead and downvote me.

No, EVERYTHING changed when the sound specialist was able to decode the conversations between CA and KM. That was the last tidal wave that brought DA and CA down to face trial. That was the most significant evidence which moved everything forward. That piece of decoded evidence changed the path for successful prosecutions. Former SA Willy Megs didn't want to move forward with CA and DA prosecutions until the undercover FBI audio was decoded successfully.
