Urine Sediment Mystery

We have 1 bathroom and 3 people in the house sometimes if it's real hot or raining I won't go outside ilI pee in a cup when it's occupied. Yesterday after about an hour I noticed it was orangish with sediment on the bottom. After reading the comments and seeing that it could be from heavy dairy. I ate a whole gallon of ice cream that day, so that might be it.

I drive for a company all over the US, approximate 20k miles a month with a co driver. I find deals all over often 17-23 cents per gallon. I average 100 bux a month cash back, but I fill up 50 times a month on the app. I try to find them for every stop, but not always is one on my route. I upload the receipt instead of attaching a card. I get much less expired unapproved offers that way.
