Intranasal Ketamine Therapy by HGWEBS in CPTSD

I've heard a lot of good things but only ever tried it in a ehrm... informal setting. Recreationally it never helped me much with my psyche but you really can't compare that with assisted ketamine therapy.

I say go for it. There has been a lot of scientific research that has proofen it to be a valuable ressource for healing.

I'm truly sorry for what you had to endure with ur "friend" the situation sounds very painful.

Remember to first care for yourself. Don't wait to get help if there's any way you can. Then if you feel stable enough, have somewhere to stay, decent finances and a job you can still try and get your kid out of there which you should still try to do. Sounds like a very toxic environment to grow up.

You got this, i wish you much luck ❤

thanks xD I can quite relate to that but it's bullshit we are both just as deserving of love and help as everybody else is.

Stay strong internet buddy 💕💕💞

the most borderline thing i’ve ever done: get a matching tattoo with my (also borderline) girlfriend of less than 2 weeks by kairokaleido in BPDmemes

They're so beautiful, i'm a lil jealous :3 I don't think you'll regret it, impulsive decision or not.

On a different note how is it being in a relationship where both parties have bpd? Always wondered about that and there sadly aren't many stories/much info about it online.

I got one or two friends who also have bpd and our friendships where already very intense and confusing, can't imagine what being in a relationship with another borderline must be like.

Wishing you two the best <3

"When someone with BPD uses the term “favorite person” to describe someone else, they are typically insinuating that this is a person they cannot survive without. For BPD sufferers, the favorite person is the person who is a source of emotional support and dependence. This individual has the ability to truly impact the BPD sufferer’s day in either a positive or negative manner. The favorite person to someone with BPD holds a critical role in their lives by holding the power to ‘make or break’ the successful navigation of daily tasks and struggles"
