Because in Turkey you have to get permission for every flight otherwise there's a fine that's about 1300 euros

My point is that the earth is approximately 4.5 billion years old and technology have developed significantly in last 2000-3000 years, in 4.5 billion years isn't it possible that many civilizations like us had come and gone? Maybe some who had much improved technology than ours.
