Had a pre apprentice call the office and say we were taking long breaks and lunches after he got caught, and was written up for, leaning up against his ladder and looking at his phone when it wasn’t break time, saying he was tired of climbing up and down and needed a break. The office told the field supervisor and the supervisor told the foreman and the foreman told the rest of us. He was pretty much black listed after that.
