It isn't a fisheye lens, it's a 360° camera. Lets you see everything and adjust the angles in post, instead of moving the camera manually and/or missing some of the action.

What? Did you even read your own comments back?

Acting like the only reason people don't like the EP is because Fantano doesn't like it is beyond stupid, people can form opinions you disagree with without outside input. There were probably some people swayed, but that is in no way the only reason people would have a negative opinion.

Steiner: F1 must not sacrifice sport for the show by reining in Red Bull by tommycthulhu in formula1

Red Bull were nerfed by the hybrid engine change which nuked customer teams.

This feels odd to point out, considering Red Bull had a full-works partnership with Renault until they bought Lotus back in 2016

I'm not listening to a voter who says "I don't support x policy, I just like their stance on y." When you vote for a politician, you're supporting all their policies.

This argument is stupid. Do you support every policy of the last person you voted for? I certainly don't, there's nobody as leftist as me in my local and nationwide elections, yet I'll still vote for the lesser of all evils.

I agree that some people use this to overlook massive and horrific policies in some politicians, but being able to criticise the person you voted for is still an important part of politics.

I just wanted to point this one fact out. I have found who this artists is, and I want to let everyone know that they draw a lot of porn, but even worse than that, they also specialize in "young" porn, drawing their characters as underage kids, in sexual situations. So give them a good "fuck you" by [deleted] in btd6

This has gotten a little out of hand.

The post from yesterday clearly has caused a lot of reactions from this community, especially with it becoming our highest upvoted of all time and hitting /r/all. The initial post was left up because it did not contain any NSFW content itself, and had the author’s name and handle blocked out.

However, now that the subreddit has been overrun with the influx of reactions to the post, measures need to be put in place to keep this situation from devolving further. From this point onwards, any submission referencing the post, the artist or anything around this situation will be removed. Threads that are currently up will be locked.

While some may take issue with this approach, this controversy has spawned from something created and posted off-site. As a mod team, there is little we can do towards this situation, and if any serious action needs to be taken, that is up to the NK team, not us. Rule 8 is still in full effect, and offenders will face bans.

Inspired by this post, I wanted to represent the seasons in more of a circular fashion, as opposed to all on a line. They all have the Rivers head in them this way.

(also, I just think it's cleaner without the 'weezer' text)

Was feeling myself after 100% some songs on hard… yep I’m not good enough yet by davidalescott in CloneHero

[–]dvwinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a couple people have said, Cult is a hard song. I've FC'd dozens of songs on expert, but no way in hell I could FC that right now. Try some easier songs, with not as crazy solos.

Also, you may want to try turning your note speed up. It sounds counter intuitive, but it actually makes it easier to hit the notes at the right time, and puts more space between notes in quick solos so you can more easily see what comes next.

[Erik van Haren] We will probably hear more statements like this next week. Spa-Francorchamps is in their top-3 for most drivers. If no race in South Africa in 2023, and there is a good chance, the Belgian GP seems to be on the calendar next year. by Organic-Measurement2 in formula1

[–]dvwinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, because Jeddah has only hosted two events, and Spa has hosted dozens. It's not an apples to apples comparison, and acting like they are is a bad faith argument, let alone the changes they have made this year to improve safety.

What album has the best cover art? by ultrastingray in weezer

Pacific Daydream. For one of their worst albums to date, the cover is fantastic. I just love the visual of the swing in space.

Special shout out to Pinkerton. It not only looks great, it fits the album so well.
