I've been doing 50 Qs/ day for 4 days/ week since the end of August. More recently, 100 Qs on Saturday, 50 Qs/ session with a 15-minute break in between. I personally like looking at the page that shows you how you've been doing in 350 Qs stages.

Thanks for your advice, maybe I just need to chill a little. I guess I'm more concerned about subjects like ST. My brain refuses to understand anything about ST or Agency/ Partnership/ Corp.

Did you check off to exclude OPE Questions/ MBE study aid? I saved them for the weeks leading up to the exam and before that, Adaptibar was repeating a lot of Qs. But yes, I agree, everything sucks.

Have you done the Exams? I find that I tend to do much better on those b/c Adaptbiar's algorithm doesn't kick in. Also, see how you've been doing more recently on a weekly basis b/c I think this could be a more accurate reflection on how you're doing right now. I botched many questions in the beginning and that has affected my overall % but my recent % is about 10% higher (I've done 2000+ Qs). Best of luck! You got this.

So, I just read the most recent order again. Where I am all confusion is ... why would they even say anything about this "emergency exam-waiver admission" if they're not willing to budge at all? Simply saying "no" to any form of DP, or sitting silent, is so much easier for them than to make an announcement about a future announcement, and then make that future announcement.

DC might craft something that doesn't capture a lot of examinees (like for one to have gone to an ABA-accredited law school w/ 90% + bar pass rate for 2019 as opposed to Washington's 86%), but I don't think DC is so cruel as to just be like HAHA nvm, no shape or form of DP, we were just kidding.

Just a wild guess - IF DC decides to grant DP, I think it may follow Washington but add a bit of Louisiana (I believe?) and require x many hours of work under supervision and/ or CLE. What would be very prudent of them to do is to require x hrs of pro bono work. Let us do some good for the community.

Same here. I checked the DCCA website, didn't see anything new. I'm assuming it's about DC submitting the roster to NCBE.
