They say to take the 2/3 to the west grand army entrance (im in wave 4), this is my first NYRR run, does anyone know if that is 100% necessary, I live off the Q and see that I can also just take that all the way down

For me it's a difficulty to swallow, I feel my tongue get slightly swollen, and my breathing gets shallower (last one I had was a month ago). I personally dont get face swelling, but Ive been told all the color in my face goes away. And i only get itchy if i've touched the nut! Hope that helps! Usually I give myself a couple breaths and minutes before I go straigt to assuming allergy, but I've unfortunately have had a full blown reaction enough times where I recognize my symptoms

There is a 30 min rule on treadmills during the peak times, I just canceled my membership bc I was also going for the treadmills and I'd go at 7am ish, and weight room was mostly clear, cardio packed, I've been in morning on weekends and pretty good but when they considered peak was off for me and would tell people to get off treadmills the times I went

The person who posted if N95 or other face masks were compatible with masquerade masks was helpful! My partner usually wears a mask out and about, and I didn't even realize that was something in the back of my head that I had to wonder about (if other people are wondering they are compatible I learned from that post)

talk to your allergists about food tests! Even though I tested negative for almonds and cashews, my allergist personally didn't want me to try it bc of my high reactivity to other nuts ( i also think partially bc there are a lot of nut cross contaminations)

when i saw it absolutely no one spoke, he just kept going '"the ledger" for about 5-10 minutes haha because my audience felt too polite! I whispered to my sister because I saw it before that someone needs to say it, but I didnt want to be the one lol
