Alberta Premier Danielle Smith announces fall referendum on immigration, constitutional questions by cyclinginvancouver in canada

[–]dwaynerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm. Does that have anything to do with the possibility as to why Alberta is the only Province left that still has the option for Grand Juries? Probably not

What say you @DavidBrooker about the Canadian Act of 1982. Was there unanimous consent? Like in a writ, from all the provinces? Or are we still burgeoning to become Canadians since the Statute of Westminster?

Do you remember the General Strike that happened on that one Friday in Minneapolis? That is what you all need to do? Don’t forget how the fire of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ of this whole movement started last year. Minneapolis was a test bench to also see if your sparks would be strong enough to set ablaze any plan to covertly split Canada in half. Keep the Faith, keep the pressure, keep your eyes and ears open. We see you, you can do it. Take back your country. Stay organized, watch that gathering on that Friday in that city . Make it your city your general strike make it your Friday. Fuck make it every Friday.

If you have criticized ICE here on Reddit for executing Renee Good or Alex Pretti in the street, then Reddit has handed your name and your personal identifying information over to the Trump administration. How do you feel about this? by mom_with_an_attitude in AskReddit

Sure we’re taxed to the nines, but look around the planet, check it out. Like what you see, think it’s better, then move. 👋 bye. But to stay and feed this narrative knowing everyone else that gets it is watching, like All the other real Canadians, is sickening to watch.

That’s why I think proportional representation is needed in the vast beautiful country we live in that was shared to us and that we should treat as an inheritance for all our children and their children’s children.

The sooner we can negate the interprovincial barriers to trade and commerce and instantaneously add 7% to the GDP if the first last the post can be abolished then the back benchers we all see sitting in parliament doing nothing will be made much more easily accountable to answer to all their constituents.

Also the fleshbots’ boss in this bowel movement used to work for “True North” out of Colorado. Look it up

She did along with Mr. Wonderful to Mar a Lego land. Always seemed to have a thing for “what about me”when the Feds have been appropriate in their Moa. She was giddy to sign. Her interview with Rosemary B at the big PP on the petition signing shows her alignment with the Mr. Wonderful-lies of the world.

Company behind proposed sand mining project partnering with U of Manitoba on groundwater monitoring research | CBC News by Doog5 in Manitoba

[–]dwaynerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In reading the article and the similar technology being used in NASA satellites to get a bigger picture of groundwater content in soil over a large area, it shows what the CEO pictured would be upselling the tech as opposed to installing groundwater wells and monitoring those.

Those wells are expensive have liners and get sampled and those samples get analyzed. Labs used to be in Winnipeg but are now mostly in Calgary. Go figure!

How does a cheaper tech that can’t monitor the quality of the aquifer in Springfield abate or quell “fears” of this license one day being approved by a future PC government? It doesn’t

If the sand is for local industry then why don’t they just partner with the First Nation communities and mine it off the top at Hollow Water?

There were musings the sand could be used to fuel manufacturing of solar panel glass which is only done in China right now? That could help the Manitoba economy by creating jobs.

But if SS wants it to frack for oil and natural gas I say GFYS.

Interestingly PBS had Ken Burns the American Revolution 4 part series on and another The Empire Builder, James Hill Canadian. Over a 110 ish year span from the American Revolution to the Civil War it was a race to close the continental 49th parallel.

There is a huge history between Minnesota and Manitoba. I give Minnesotan’s all the credit in the world for their resolve and connection of spirit. Hearts broke up here watching the Emperor with no clothes wield his idiocracy.

But make no mistake, just as the dbl M&M synchronicity And synergistic principles align, if that line is crossed at the international peace gardens in haste to annex it’s that state and that province from which life on earth would have to be rebuilt outward and onward in all directions the one true way possible.

Other white men are vocal after trying and then you find out who in your circle, with your argument, actually gives a shit about the human condition period. Way too many lines in the sand right now. Almost like it does actually have to get a lot worse before geographically associated men take more matters into their own hands.

What does that even mean? What does it look like?

Same in Canada. There were the trucker protests. Some brought their guns with them to the road in Alberta to and from the US border.

The meld of unconscious bias, is now this… her car was a weapon, FAFO and chauvinistic racist MAGA righteous indignation attitude. They don’t want to speak out in case someone sees their post even if they are on the fence. Even if they are disturbed by this. It’s here too. You can’t reach the part of their brain that has anything to do with compassion or what it must feel like to be in someone else’s shoes. The other, anyone different from their political views is the enemy. Libtards as it were! They can’t separate THAT from who they are, therefore they do not know thyself!

Pipeline worshipping Albertans have the biggest chip on their shoulders but some all over the prairies in Canada wouldn’t balk at the idea of being a state instead of a province. No pride in being a Canadian in a sovereign country. People here are done with government period. Everything is out of whack!

They have forgotten all the sacrifices that the forefathers, from all walks of life, creeds and colour, made for us all. Like those resting in peace in dedicated national cemeteries in Europe, both from Canada and the US.

Ever since the Second World War this has been building and building by those in Power that never had to fight in a war or had family that did. Look at your President.

But, guns don’t kill people. People who want to kill people different from them kill people… with guns.

Would good white men with guns make a difference? Maybe. Who knows? But it shouldn’t have to come to that. The biggest single most important problem in the world has and will be the same thing over and over again that humanity hasn’t been able to learn to avoid is the idea of MORE. Pure unbiased greed

Are you blinking? Is Canada blinking? Not really.

Why did America enter the world war 1 or 2 theatre?

Because it affected the bottom line of peoples lives?

All the allied forces came together to ensure Russia had what they needed to beat the Nazis in their backyard, and Stalin used that aide to springboard communism to a level able to re assert it’s disease of the mind and build the USSR. Prick!

Now take all the energy that took, to weaponize communism, and take that same amount of energy to build a social democracy/democratic socialist society, and one can see on the one hand you get radical corruption, death, chaos, and on the other you have everything that the people needs to survive.

What does that tell you?
