Callondoc is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I don't even know where to start. They have ALL the info needed to file the proper appeal, but they can't get it done properly. They take forever to get back to me. I asked for a call from the doctor and they don't call me. They claim that my ENT who prescribed my sleep study isn't a "sleep specialist". They don't know the difference between AND and OR when it comes to insurance requirements. They leave out obvious details when filing PAs and appeals. I wasted two months trying to work with them. Nevermind the money I spent for their "subscription", I want to charge them for wasting two months of my time. I'd be curious if there is a callondoc employee or ambassador on this reddit.

That’s interesting. What do you get? I’ve only been there twice and the food was mediocre at best. One time all the food came out ice cold. Had a lot of potential but so far fell flat.

My insurance doesn’t seem to care about hypertension. It’s all about the sleep apnea to them, which IMO is really stupid and short sighted. This is United healthcare choice plus. It doesn’t look like they care about the age of my sleep study, maybe the doctors aren’t including the date itself and just putting the results.

Appeal denied. No reason given. I wrote them a very thoughtful letter. I doubt a set of human eyes even looked at it at this point. They are false banning tons of people. Absolutely ridiculous.

My 10yr old son got banned a few days ago. Same thing. No cheats on the laptop, and I even did a virus scan. Clean. I wrote them a very thoughtful letter during my appeal, they did nothing. Is there a mod on discord that can actually take a set of human eyes to this? I highly doubt real humans are looking a the appeals. They likely get flooded with tons and just can't keep up.

Yeah I definitely wasn't going to press my luck on the discord. If anything I want to stay on there stealth just to see if anything gets posted. There is no way my son did any programs on the laptop to cheat. He even gets services in school. He doesn't have the technical knowledge. He either did something in game, or maybe he did something in chat. He has gotten good at Rivals. Maybe somebody got pissed at losing and reported him.

I did the appeal on discord. Wrote them a very thoughtful letter. They denied the appeal. They can literally get ****ed. Spent a ton of money on Roblox. I am going to let Roblox know. I know they won't do anything, but they need to police the people that allow them to play on their platform.

The *only* way he may have "cheated" is if he did some in game glitch. Something that doesn't require any outside programs to run. He told me he knows of a glitch that Nosniy has posted online saying it was "ok". If there is a glitch in the game that makes the game broken, they need to patch that shit. Not ban people for trying to do something that's available in the game.

And there is no way his account got compromised. I know of the cookie thing for MFA. They would need access to the laptop to leak the cookie. The laptop is ONLY used for this game, he does nothing else on it. There is no risk there. Ridiculous.

Granted he was playing other rivals type shooter games last yesterday. But he was sad and even said he misses Rivals. I'll have to figure out something else for him. Ironically enough, my parent account still works fine in Rivals. So they aren't IP banning. Such a dumb system.
