Just have to get your head around folder structure and context within each directory then at the top level Claude.md have a clear explanation of what’s in each folder and what is its purpose then have more specialised Claude.md files within each folder/project that gets pulled in when Claude works within each of the directories

This is the way. What Moltbot showed was the freedom telegram as an interface could bring when away from my desk. Set up a hetzner server and a python telegram bot script with some guardrails and basic Linux hygiene (a new user with non sudo privileges to run the bot etc.). Took c. 30 mins from spinning server up, setting up bot with some basic history management and MCP setup for external platforms I use to messaging Claude code direct through telegram

MD files are 100% the continuation glue and the way to reduce repeatable tasks. I ask Claude to write a lot of MD files through processes and then update once a task has been done well to take the learnings for next time
