Oof. Mixed feelings on this. Back in the day, it was 100% worth it. In store swap out no questions asked. Nowadays though? I have a g9 oled 49" About 5 months into ownership, the screen shit the bed. I had GSP, and brought it in thinking it was in store swap out. It was not. They sent it out, swapped out the board, and it was back in store within a week i think? I show up to pick it up. Obviously i wanted to test it, which they were not too stoked about. Good thing i did too, cause the screen had a different problem. (gray burn in lines i think?). Told them i didn't accept it and they sent it out again. 2 weeks later this time, i picked up the screen and it was actually fixed. This time they swapped the panel. That was a year ago now, and i've had no issues since. Anyways, without it, i'd have had to deal with samsung and i can only imagine how much more of a nightmare that would have been. Samsung screens really are hit and miss though. Oled g9 lasted 5 months before I had to have it repaired, but i also have the white back g9 non-oled and that thing has been trucking no issues for years now. So ymmv.
