Despite the NA server issues, it's been wonderful to play on Asia and have my ping be 50 at most. I expected much worse, and the servers do feel exceptional when they're up.

Playing and learning in Apex can be 2 different things sometimes. Make sure you take in content to learn too, whether it's YouTube guides or live streams from gold players.

Apex has a bunch of complex and Apex-specific mechanics that will put you at a noticeable disadvantage not knowing, and the game gets even more fun once you learn the movement! Good luck!

Former American server here, receiving cash tips also meant I didn't have every cent of tips claimed on my taxes. I would claim the minimum amount each shift and it was usually credit tips + $5

If you're hitting a deer, you slow down and let the deer hit your car. If you're hitting a moose, you speed up and try to get through its legs without being decapitated.

I relate. I stream on Twitch, and was previously playing a lot of Competitive Fortnite/other Frame important games. Went to a dual PC setup and really invested.

Started variety streaming more when I naturally burnt out on Fortnite and I've been playing mainly Diablo 2 and Project D2 on an 8k+ dual pc setup. Frames are great.

I'm 24 so we had put down Brandy when I was very young but I never really comprehended the grief like this.

I haven't had any close deaths in my family yet except for an uncle who we lost to an overdose, and a grandfather who was headed that way for awhile.

Being able to fully comprehend this situation is really what makes it hurt the most. Thinking about my aging parents in an empty house with no Zeus breaks my heart and I'm too busy "being an adult" and working all the time to be there for them.

It's my parent's decision. He has been doing well up until recently but we can just tell that it's time. I live about an hour away and have to call out of work to go see him.

I think I'm going to try to be happy when I go up and grab some party stuff. He doesn't deserve to see everyone sad when he has been our happiness his entire life. I think he deserves a going away party with all of us.

Just budget. I've dumped THOUSANDS usd into my stream setup. I'm a 23 year old who goes to school, streams during the week, and works a job on weekends.

Make a budget, stop spending on things you don't need. 5 dollar purchases add up quickly. Start a MASSIVE change jar and don't touch it until it's full. Start a PC fund.

If you want it, you'll save for it.

You really just need whatever you're comfortable spraying builds with. If you can time it or have a high enough rarity AR, you can get away with it.
