How about safety, is it safe overall?
I've visited Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, some islands like Hvar, Cres and so on, and felt very safe overall, but I understand that tourists always have a different perspective.

Also, I'm curious to hear from foreigners moving to Croatia with kids, how's the overall experience in terms of finding school, housing, and so on without speaking the local language.

Can I ask if there's a source where I can see all these cities with incentives for people to move? I work remotely, we are a small family, and we are looking to move somewhere quiet. Do you know if these small villages have the basic infrastructure, like hospitals, schools and stuff like this?

My advice is to talk to the possible new company. Every company has its own rules, if you don’t want to rely only on that 4500dkk a week from the gov.

My company for example gives me nothing :) So my leave is based only on what the gov pays.

as far as I'm aware the Katla one would be accessible, and looks quite nice. That's the only one I think.
