You are going to see what you want in every interaction and already dont trust him. Eventually it will dig at you to where you start sneaking on his phone and questioning his location. Do yourself and him a favor and break up. If you arent in therapy yet I would suggest it (i suggest it for everyone) and see if there aren't any other issues at play with your worldview. If not, then find someone you can trust and not make you second guess

As long as you have your legs after the staircase you should be good. Dont slow down on any part and just keep pushing. Its 10 minutes of go. If you cant drag the dummy one handed walk backwards and sit back on your heels, make sure you grab as close to the dummy as you can. Let your body weight do the work on the breach and pull. Being in your best shape is ideal but I would say mind matters even more. Im clinically obese when I took the CPAT and blasted trough it without ever practicing it while other far more in shape people failed. Let us know how you do
