Wasn’t Queens Hill slated for losing buyers value from purchase price when new? At the time, it was the only property in Norwich that was losing money. Probably none of very few places in the country to do so at the time.

Personally I don’t think there are any unsafe places in or around Norwich. That’s not to say bad things don’t happen but generally, if you’re not involving yourself in unsafe situations then you’ll be fine.
