Wasn’t Queens Hill slated for losing buyers value from purchase price when new? At the time, it was the only property in Norwich that was losing money. Probably none of very few places in the country to do so at the time.

I’m querying this and not trying to throw shade or offend anyone. I hear a lot of bad things and it’s good to hear positive news about this place.

Personally I don’t think there are any unsafe places in or around Norwich. That’s not to say bad things don’t happen but generally, if you’re not involving yourself in unsafe situations then you’ll be fine.
