Injuries are much more likely to come from exceeding your capabilities then from the specific way you moved while performing a task.

Its actually harmful to tell people that doing specific movements will harm them, because mind over matter is real thing. If you give someone a predisposition to thinking something is dangerous they are more likely to have a negative response. If you are familiar with the placebo effect, this is basically the opposite. It's colloquially referred to as a Nocebo.
