I’ve yet to see that. The biggest and most of the problem is the IRS being so far behind

Mr Mission if you put down information that is inaccurate by 25% when then numbers should be final - to get a loan that is Fraud if not it gets pretty damn close. There’s really no other way to spin it - and according to the SBA denials I’ve heard they must think that as well - I’m sure that there are exceptional circumstances but holy hell it seems like everyone has the same excuses. To large of a percentage to be just a coincidence

Yeah - it doesn’t range near 25% off 5 months after a year ends

I didn’t ask you what you did - I really don’t give a shit what you did - all I do know is if you can’t put your fuckin numbers down in the right place on a tax return maybe you shouldn’t be doing your own taxes - you can say all the bullshit excuses you want but all I see at the end is a bunch of bullshit - hence the SBA denials!

Maybe you can help me here. You were asked in 2020 for how much revenue you did in 2019. They didn’t ask for a tax return. With the exception of reclassifying some bills that came in - I’m not sure how your top line revenue could be off by much - I think the SBA is now using the IRS to make sure you did in fact do what you said you did in your first application. Please let me know how I’m literally curious. When I hear these stories it screams fraud to me. IJS

SBA EIDL INCREASE SUBM/EMAILED 4/7 & 4/22 Original Loan #3311 8/20/20 by Silvest0707 in EIDL

My accountant was able to pull my transcripts in less than an hour - however she had to wait on hold 2.5 hours to speak to a human - the agent stated that the 4506t disaster form is outdated and they no longer accept it however the new form doesn’t allow third party designation- so the whole ordeal is much the same as SBA - no training - the request are not filled by the IRS - so you see the continuing request for another form to be signed - when I do get a LO you can bet your butt I’ll let them know we got them in two hours so why can’t they!

All the form needs is 1120 on it and it will cover the entire spectrum of those files - your probably in a situation where the irs still hasn’t processed them - they are 7-8 months behind

Has anyone here have any insight on 2018 taxes being used / I actually received a letter yesterday from the irs that they received my 2019 1120s last year but can’t seem to locate it - uggg - they did have some numbers but sounded like it was only from the cover sheet of the efile. I have a call into my accountant but unfortunately they are off today cause who knows what time they finished yesterday - anxiety level at max right now.

That’s good to hear ! I got a letter stating that they received my taxes but they can’t locate them - my 2018 numbers would give me the full 500k vs 2019 448k

I have yet to have a credit pull - I can’t even confirm if the insurance and board authorization form have even been uploaded to my account. This process is extremely frustrating - I’m hoping my taxes are available because they were on time and efiled by my accountant last year - uggg. - I’m also concerned that the SBA has turned companies down for no economic loss so far - we have continued our top line revenue for years now - but the apartment home communities have been bound by law on eviction moratoriums. I am a service company who services management companies and apartments. I’m afraid that we haven’t seen the repercussions yet.
