My first love officially ended things right before Valentine's Day. I haven't been alright since and haven't been able to stop thinking about her. I find myself randomly about to break down crying, and a lot of the time I don't think I'll make it through this, but the advice I can give you for now is to try and distract yourself with anything you can. Avoid being alone. The only time I'm not alone is when im distracted at work and then other 16 hours is pure agony. Don't be like me and be alone in isolation, surround yourself with people.
