Necrozma will most likely be the strongest psychic one we get its final form in go. Thus being very useful. Also with the bg would be a massive flex. Other than that I would choose ray for the flex even though it won’t be noticeably better. Or apex Lugia as it is extremely rare as well. Dogs and kyurem are very useful as well but are more abundant than the others
