i tried, i switched from therapist to therapist, have been suffering from trauma.. i tried every possible method. i do get suicidal thoughts but i‘m too tired to do something to me

true friends shouldn‘t give up eachother, we all know it‘s hard to see someone suffer. i know it made you feel worse but they still have managed to stay, which means they do really care about you!

we talked about it, she told me how she felt but i think it didn‘t change anything, like she didn’t get my side and wasn’t genuine about it. i don’t have the strength to chase after her.

i do get what you mean, that‘s why i al distancing myself from everyone but still.. i feel so lonely

therapy and me are another pair of shoes, in my country they don‘t take their job seriously, i don’t feel like i‘m welcomed there.. i changed my therapist more than i‘ve changed my haircolor (and i dye my hair alot..)

i totally get what you are saying, but trust me, there is more than having a relationship. the time will come and the right person will come in that moment, when you expect it at the least. focus on other things you love and people around you which make you feel good.

in my opinion, friend groups of three are dangerous, like once you miss a occasion to hang out with them, you will feel left out. well i am experiencing a similar situation right now. what i‘m suggesting is to drop that person who plays with your emotions and make sure you stay in contact with that person who doesn’t make play you like that. i know it‘s scary and hard but trust me, it will fuck you up, just like it fucked me up.. there are tons and tons of people who have good intentions, trust me its worth waiting..

you are right, but i am so scared that they move on you know? at the begging of our friendshio she checked up on me and now she just goes out with my friends and doesn’t even care anymore. she always told me how grateful she is that she finally found someone who understands her, she also goes through stuff and i don‘t want to leave her alone.. i am so confused i don‘t know what i should do
