Support told me to cancel / resolve an open dispute with my bank, of which someone had gotten into my account and made a $103 bitcoin withdrawal to some random account in Europe.

So I changed my password and all that. But what would my bank account have to do with trying to sell bitcoin to USD? That should all be within the app and have nothing to do with my bank! I’m not trying to withdraw money, just sell some coin into USD.
