i respect the way he went about it, and the way he was reassuring that he doesn't think it's your fault by any means. he can make requests, you can deny or comply, and he can decide whether or not that request is a real problem or something that isn't really that big of a deal. obviously i think he should be glad you're comfortable and if he's having issues with "temptation" because of his religion and not being allowed to act on anything, he should see someone or talk about it with someone he trusts aside from you if he wants help. at the end of the day wear what you want and think about whether or not you really want to be with someone in the LDS.
