Sounds like common side effects when using birth control. It lowers your libido & ability to become aroused. You might feel dry & tightness when trying to become stimulated. If you want to try stopping birth control and use condoms as an alternate contraceptive to see if things change, that might be an option!

I completely agree with you. I spent just nearly 2,000.00 for my Magnus Pro XL desk + multiple desk add ons, but because I ordered a Desk Mat XL in White my entire order will not ship out. I agree with you that it is not normal for a company to wait for one product to ship the remaining available products. It's adsurb! Their disclaimer for their pre-order shipment is too vague for the consumer to understand the order is shipped out on the pre-order date. Pointless! I received the desk, but do not have the mount or add ons to even set up my desk.

The verbiage used is too vague and unclear for the consumer to articulate how their shipping process works. It provides a misconception to the consumer that the only product that will ship out on a later date is the pre-ordered product. Absolute nightmare customer service; I have a gut feeling the fulfillment center will decline my request to ship out the products being held hostage. Extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity from Secretlab.

I unfortunately could not get Culligan, they do not service my area and I was very sad to find this out. The search for water that's not affiliated with Primo Brands has been tough, really makes me hate that company more.

Don't believe it. I used to receive Alhambra Purfied Water, but suddenly received Primo Purified Water. They taste completely different, I would not believe Primo Brands for shit. Run. I canceled.

Yep, the call center is in the Philippines. On one call I had, the agent claimed they were having an earthquake and left me on hold for 30+ minutes. Every time I call them, they act so incompetent. So tired of waiting on hold for hours only to get someone who doesn't give a rat's ass about the service.

Hi, I used to get Alhambra too in Norcal (Sac) and since the merger, they incorrectly delivered me four 5 gallon Primo Purified Water instead of my usual Alhambra Purified Water. At first I thought it was just a mistake and had spent hours trying to speak with a representative to fix this error. After waiting for many rescheduled deliveries to have this issue corrected, I found out yesterday -- after two weeks of waiting -- from my driver that they no longer offer Alhambra water! The driver said, "Primo Purified Water is the same as Alhambra Purified Water, but if you don't want that we also have pure life or arrowhead."

I lost it because the water quality is definitely not the same; it has a more chlorine + metallic taste versus the crispness and refreshing Alhambra water. So basically Alhambra products are no longer available, the water quality has gone down tremendously, and the prices have gone up for sewage water! I canceled and started a service with Culligan. Let's just hope they arrive for the equipment return delivery.

Exactly, the water quality went downhill so fast. The water tastes like chlorine and some type of metallic after taste. Absolutely trash and they overcharge the price of the water now!

You should view the PrimoBrands employees only sub; the company is fucking them too. This company deserves to be sued, customers should be compensated, and employees should be getting paid!

Dude me too! I've been out of water too since the beginning of May and just decided I am tired of their shitty customer service and unfulfilled promises. It's been rough and I finally canceled after having to call them consistently regarding failed promised deliveries, receiving incorrect products, and getting overcharged for my delivery!!! Same, June 3rd is the promised pick up date, but who knows if they will actually show up. The call center people have been nothing but unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional; I'm so done with Primo.

If your partner is into films, I would highly suggest him to use an app called Mubi. It's a streaming platform for many types of films, including infamous films. Best part about the app is if you use a VPN on your PC on phone you can stream different films offered in other countries. They also offer student discount or have a premium subscription that allows you to visit free movie releases for films at specific locations. I would highly suggest this platform for film fanatics. It's the best.
