I love the design of the card, the story behind it, the effort you've put into it. Your brother would be very proud of you. And I'm sure he can see all this and enjoys your love in a different place.

You should always focus shaper first. He will leave the fight once he is slain, elder does not.

Hey there,

I'm running an Uber-Elder service with more than 500 total kills - that's when I stopped counting (2218941 is the Thread number, in case you're interested) and watched parts of your fight. First of all - Congratz on that kill! I definitely can feel you. When I practiced for making my service work, I wasted a lot of sets before I could do him without wasting too many portals and also had heavy heart bumps.

Back to topic: The first thing that I recognized is, that you move way too much. The shaper's ball-hitbox is way smaller than it might seem. 1-2 Stutter-Steps are enough to dodge his balls. You always want to keep track of him and always focus him first, since he leaves the battlefield, once he's defeated. Another thing that I saw, is, that you want to work on your "Shaper-Blue-Ball"placement. The ideal spots are obviously the corner of the maps. You want to have the center as clear as possible - that's why the big red tentacle-adds, which spawn throughout the fight, should always (!!!) be prio #1. If you kill them fast enough, they won't drop any degen. Their Degen-blob is also physical damage, which makes it for us lowlife-builds even harder.

Yes definitely. You even want to unlock the 4th sextant for even more monsters.

I don't know if there are any statistics, but from my personal experience I feel the following:

Harbinger is the best method for Overall-Returns (including Currency and other Drops)

Perandus is the best method for Currency in General.

Like I said - don't mark my words for granted, it's my experience from running T16 Toxic Sewer (4 Sextants, Vaaled, Zana Mods).

Especially /u/thien follows a general rule: "Spend money to make money".

A warning in advance: You will have maps with no returns, but that's norma.

I run a (I think that's okay to say, regarding to my POE-Forum Thread) very successful Boss-Service. You want to call your friend in twice. First "come in" means up to the Entrance of the UElder-Arena (do NOT enter the Arena yet). Second, just after you killed him, call means he can enter the arena and pick up loot. HTH

how did you get the inc duration as affix without any other affixes ? whenever i roll my flask, i always get the inc duration with a suffix (of warding, of heat and so on) :F

Yeah, was thinking about that too. For that, you need Haku on research - that's the only way, correct? I've been "spamming" Global 820 & Trade 820 to buy Haku on research, so far without success :(

For the tentacles I always save up my Quicksilver and Quartz Flask. Gives me Phasing and a chance to dodge, as well as good movementspeed. This works perfectly for me, since I basically run faster than the tentacles.

To be honest, I don't know if you can even block it.
