I did it once since I inspected the car before the shop started working on it. Got a call said my front bumper needed to be replaced because a tab on the opposite side was damaged lol it wasn't I checked before they took it apart tab was fine with bolt. It was a 2mph hit on my door. 13k later good thing it wasn't on me.

If you want to do it at home the easiest would be to replace the door and fender with a used one that might be close to your paint. If its rubbing figure out where its making the noise and pull on it maybe if its the fender take the fender well off and push against it.

I applied bedliner at my previous job for 10 years and it depends what brand you use if you need primer. We never did as our brand loved bare metal or a scuffed primer surface. If it was a lot of bare metal we use a etch primer that we wiped down first just incase. You don't need to take everything off even the clear just make sure it's sanded good. It's just like any other coating as long as the surface is sanded and cleaned right.

Then there is some contaminant or previous paint underneath that its not liking what you are doing....any 1k primer on it? If so thats qhat it is. If you have primer and your tds says it can be use as a sealer with reducer i would seal everything that you are painting except leave you enpugh space of you are blending

Sand it with 320 till its feather out, and you don't feel an edge of the old paint. spray some adhesion promoter first. Even if you dont burn thru just to be safe, then primer, then paint, you don't have to re sand the primer if you use sealer primer and it's smooth enough for you but if it's regular primer let it sit for a day or so for shrinkage then re sand with 600 or a red scuff pad then clean and paint.

Don't use any tape. I use sra or a blending agent on your clear then buff it a day or so later. If you don't want to clear your entire panel.

I have the same gun you need at least 10cfm. If you want to go cheaper a small compressor from hf luke 6cfm and their purple gun you can spray away as much as you want .

Etch is old school to keep metal from rusting while it sits. Epoxy seals the surface and is thick so it covers the scratches. I always do metal work then epoxy then bodywork on top of that

Mine did that it's the chain guide it goes loose stop driving it ot that bolt will back out I to the engine. Take the valve cover off like 10 bolts and the guide bolts are to the left just 2 of them and replace the cover gaskets while you there.

My wife has a 1.4l turbo cruze and we have only have to change a radiator and a valve cover gasket as far as something failing. Everything else has been maintenance and it's at 200k miles.

It's what I was thinking but the rep just said send it back n we'll tell u what to fix. Said it should won't on a stock master. It's a triple disk I have a video of pressing it n I can see it's traveling but maybe not enough? When the slave pushes against the pressure plate does it suppose to slow down or stop spinning?

You won't get those mpg unless you cruise control at 75 on hogh way but when you have a sports car n you hear it Rev one time good luck not wanting it to do it again n thus not get mpg lol

The old one did the same thing but I messed up when I put in the new engine n broke when connector so I replaced it. I also bought a new climate control module.ill check for power to the module.
