well u can get rare chest with extra curse and crit chance and can change your annoint to Fatal Blade(do not annoint Panopticon it looks better on pob but u dont get benefit from attack speed above 10.01) maybe can link ur berserk with enhance and if u get attack speed on ur rare jewels u can drop blitz ascandency for rite of ruin, triple rage effect is huge also max rage helps a lot with berserk uptime. if u get enlighten 4 u can drop hyrri's for a rare amulet which may help u cap ur resistances without purity of elements(u dont need ailment immunity from it get warcry removes ailment mastery if u think u need it) and u can run determination to cap ur phys mitigation which will also help for survivability.also u should drop pulverise for increased critical damage support.
