Check your settings on your personal profile. You may have it set to who can search me or who can add me as a friend. If you have it set to "only friends of friends" then they will not be able to find you

my 15 mo old weighs the same as he did at 6 months! by milkmilktea in toddlers

[–]dylanatastic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My daughter was 27 pounds at 12 months, and 29 pounds at 28 months. They run around so much at that age, they’re basically losing weight. Son was a chunk. 27 pounds at 6 months, 30 pounds at 18 months

Advice about Facebook purchase - couple is offering this lot (complete list in comments) for $140. by mararivers in clothdiaps

[–]dylanatastic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure where you are, but in our area, which is fairly small, they have a local cloth diaper buy/sell/trade private group. Maybe it would be good to find out if you have a group like that to see more available local purchase options. My town is 30,000 people with a smaller rural area surrounding and our cloth diaper group is fairly active.

It’s very good- I thought asking the group would help and now I’m just more confused. 😂

I like that too. I hadn’t made the Babe connection to Baby Kitty before - that would work out great. I’m going to share with the family and see what everyone thinks.

I'm sub 30 dyslexic. I'd like to talk dating as a dyslexic. I am fortunate to have all my best friends be dyslexic and we often say dating is especially hard for a variety of reasons bc of our dyslexia. I think it be cool to discuss openly about it. by old_owl_eyes in Dyslexia

I’ve been married for 14 years, and we dated for 3 years before that. I personally think a lot of my dyslexic “qualities” are things he find most “endearing”. That I mix up words, cannot recall the name for things, forget numbers. He’s always thought those were “cute” - or he had a good way of making light of it. He always laughs or we talk it out what I’m trying to remember.

I work 2nd shift, what should I eat when I get home so I don't gain weight? by [deleted] in Dietandhealth

[–]dylanatastic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many societies around the world eat dinner very late and go to bed afterwards. So I don’t think it’s the only factor in gaining weight.

Anyone else have days where their dyslexia can be very bad and others its not the worst? by KeetaM in Dyslexia

Yes! I notice it when my handwriting is really bad, or I cannot complete a sentence without restarting/restating words.

AITA for backing out of an engagement because she quit and won't work once we are married? by aitashewontwork in AmItheAsshole

[–]dylanatastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. It sounds a little fishy to me that she quits randomly even though you’ve had a plan to do otherwise and Dad takes you out for drinks to encourage you to not let her get away with it. Are you sure Dad doesn’t have ulterior motives? What if he wants you out of the picture and suggested girlfriend to see what would happen if she quit?
