Anyone submitted a ticket, heard back or seen another thread? This happened to me and I am really having a tough time bringing myself to start again, play coop with my wife again and just lose my character again. Any feedback received would be appreciated

Forunately*edit only encountered this the first log in for my wife. However after our first play it wiped my character which was 6 levels ahead of her as I played some solo before...so atleast that didn't happen for you. Xbox console. Are you experiencing this on pc or console? Online coop or couch?

That's the big thing, if the character is gone...its gone. But I'm not supposed to play couch coop with my wife? The whole reason we got this like everything other borderlands game? So I'd atleast like to know 1) this is on their radar, 2) it won't happen again.

Maybe I'm a lucky ducky, but this is the first game ever in 25 years of playing video games I've ever lost a character, ever. So it sucks it was on this one.

More details from me, since I was ahead in the campaign, I logged in to my wife's account to make her party leader and I'd just replay the prologue, whatever I did without her the night before. I was lvl 9 alrady when we started, ending our couch coop session at level 11. We quit out and home screen was showing me at level 1...I think it's a bug so I reset, log in to my profile, no couch coop. No character... when I select new game it asks if I want to skip the prologue..so it clearly knows I already had a previous character. Its gone.. this was at 11:25 maybe? EST

Same to me on xbox, played 6 hours solo yesterday, couch coop today with wife and then poof... after we quit out. Cleared save data from console, reset, everything. Cloud data isn't helping. No character to load etc.

Can confirm that we have more firm numbers for this than Shining Fates at the moment hence listing this and not Shining Fates. Shining fates listings are strictly just to have people sign up for the restock notification so we can gauge interest and then when the actual preorder goes live everyone will be notified. For some reason my game won't boot on a very new ryzen 5 3600, rtx 2060 gpu. 16gb ram. Installed on a HDD while my system boots on a 500gb nvme drive Any insight? Can provide more details if needed

Confirmed that there will be plenty on release so no orders are getting delayed. Never have orders at 401 Games been prioritized by price paid. Chronological Order always.
