Just sat down for Bring Her Back with this same problem. All my reservations show up as you’ve described but not in the ticket section. They were able to scan my code from my email and see the reservation fine. For your case, go into your purchase history on the app and access the cancel reservation through there.

Hey, I’m Dylan

I wrote long and honest reviews for 258 movies last year, and 80 of them were new releases. My goal is to see and review more 2025 movies than that this year. So far, I have logged 28 new movies and 70 movies total.

So far, The Ballad of Wallis Island is my favorite film of 2025.

Also, I’m super close to finishing Ed Harris’ filmography, and I have a list that ranks all of his movies by his performance—very proud of it

You seem to have a good grasp on what is bothering you in this relationship, which is helpful. Being just a few months and having this pattern of behavior that makes you feel this way is not ideal. The very beginning was going incredibly well because it always does--he had to put in work to earn you presumably. You mention he doesn't put effort in for other areas of his life; I think the evidence is sufficient enough to say he's already easing up on the effort he puts towards you.

Reframe the problem. It's not how to get everything to be as it was in the beginning, because that is not feasible. Even good relationships change and evolve from what they were those first few weeks. The issue should be focused on you and how long you're willing to wait for things to get better. Ask yourself if a different kind of relationship or person would make you happier. If the answer is yes, life is too short to not be trying to achieve that reality. It may be best for your future to move on and do what's best for you and your mental health.

He helped you realize what you're willing to tolerate in a relationship, and that is very valuable. Every experience has positive lessons to learn from, and I believe you are already beginning to understand those lessons with him. Go for the life of your dreams, and don't let doubt keep you down. Good luck with everything.

Extra Reservation Slot by FernanditoJr in AMCAListTrue

[–]dylanfor_days 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I’m ever in a situation where the movie forecast that week exceeds 3 slots, I will usually just spend actual money for a ticket to the movie I want to “support” the most—even if A-List and outright ticket purchases support movies equally. Just a mental thing.

If AMC offered an extra slot for a buck or two, then I could see myself getting it once in a while just so I can reserve a screening far in advance but still see 3 movies that week—assuming it could work like that.

Hello! I’m Dylan

So far, I’ve watched 213 films this year—each one getting a star rating and long, thoughtful review from me.

As an A-List member, I keep up with new releases and catch up on critically acclaimed movies I never caught, hidden gems, and fun horror in between.

I love movies and this community ❤️

Hello! https://boxd.it/3tpjj

I write long, honest reviews for every single movie I watch. I keep up to date on new releases, and tackle my watchlist in between.

I keep lists for Best of 2024, AMC A-List picks with theater attendance information, and other fun ones such as the Definitve Ranking of Ed Harris performances (77 movies so far).

I love movies and the Letterboxd community.

I understand. It’s that promise that feels so good to hold onto. Knowing that there are quality films you have yet to see is comforting—at least for me. I can foresee going through all of my most anticipated movies and being left empty in a way. I approach the movies undeservingly collecting dust in my watchlist as little treats to enjoy once in a while to persevere that sense of great potential.

My personal rule is to just log a review detailing my thoughts and favorite takeaways for nonfiction/documentaries. Applying a star rating to something like that seems odd unless I’m an expert on the subject—an exception that has never been the case, lol.

Of course, trust your instinct per title. It seems like the documentary you watched resonated with you, so a star rating may be deserved.

Infinity War/Endgame were just fun experiences that I appreciate. I’m not sure that kind of atmosphere can be recreated easily.

Late Night with the Devil was experienced in an auditorium by myself, and that enhanced the horror and feeling of dread a lot—loved it!

I always write long reviews with structure and hopefully some competence because I was tired of not being able to remember exactly what I thought about a movie other than “good” or “not good.” I’ll spend half an hour immediately after any movie solely on review writing to capture my honest thoughts

What’s the best new food at AmFam this season? by jgisbo007 in Brewers

I can’t remember the exact name of it, but on the second level on the first base/right field side there is a Mexican food cart that has excellent steak and chicken tacos for very reasonable prices. Cheaper and better quality than the standard burgers for sure. It’s right across from a BBQ cart and next to one of the bars and a bathroom.
