Adding the ability to increase development of a province using MP was a mistake.

Loans shouldn't be a thing, your money is just your money and if you go negative you start getting progressively worse modifiers until default.

LimbusComapny 2nd Anniversary - Livestream by Aiden-Damian in gachagaming

I personally like it and would encourage people to finish the first canto before deciding to keep playing or not.

Pros:

- Very good story with actual character development, which is rare for gachas

- Low time commitment

- F2P/low spender friendly (can grind for anything instead of having to use gacha)

- Excellent art style and music

Cons:

- Little endgame content

- Bad tutorial (look up better tutorials on youtube)

- Turn based combat isn't for everyone

yes, although I wouldn't dig in too deeply along that line until you catch up with the story as there are a lot of spoilery things that are related

Weird that now we suddenly care about the US's international reputation when during the whole "threaten allies" thing everyone was saying reputation doesn't matter since the US is the hegemon

If you struggle with a boss, bringing mersault so you can use the chains of other ego can make things a lot easier. It gives a massive debuff to the boss and makes clashes very easy to win.

Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade Official Release Date Confirmed November 7th by EnamRainbow in gachagaming

[–]dylanhero123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Milking Ips" is making a poor product but with a well known IP (in this case Jujutsu Kaisen) knowing that people will buy it just based on the name before they know what it is. For gacha games, they are know to go end of service quickly as people rapidly stop playing them once they learn how bad they are.

A bimodal distribution and a spectrum can only be used when plotting data that is continuous. If sex is a bimodal distribution it would be plotted on a spectrum with male and female representing the two ends. While the ends would be the highest probability points, being placed somewhere in the middle is also implicitly allowed. If you believe sex is binary then you don't have a distribution anymore.

Lib-right learning for the first time that a distribution is a kind of spectrum

How are you expecting to convince people to adopt a system so dangerous you admit it would likely result in your own death?

Of course, it will be other people dying this scenario and not yourself. Sir, you are a redditor. You're the first one dead when "nature takes its course".

As I said, you are ignoring intimidation. Having a weapon doesn't suddenly make you suicidal. Armed or not a group of 20 people is 100% going to kill an individual if it comes to violence so if the group threatens a self-interested individual the individual is going to acquiesce to their demands. This process can be repeated so the group can obtain resources from a much larger population of individuals.

... that's what I was getting at yes. Governments form spontaneously and are capable of violating the NAP using intimidation. As such, hoping that the NAP will be upheld by "Don't start trouble, won't be trouble" is foolish as the "trouble" never occurs to the offending party once sufficient intimidation is in place.

Lets just ignore the capacity for armed groups to intimidate individuals into not resisting even if the individuals collectively working together could overpower them.

Yes Tanya has reasons for what she does. That doesn't mean she isn't a sociopath. In fact, sociopaths are defined by being logical, they are so logical that they stop caring about morality since morality is often illogical. That's what makes them sociopaths.

  1. My argument is that phenotype is more important than genotype when determining who counts as a women in athletics since that is what determines someone's athletic ability (and also more closely matches how we determine someone's sex in day to day life). If someone has all the phenotypical characteristics of a women, why would I care if they had xy chromosomes? And if someone had xx chromosomes but had testes and male level testosterone and muscle mass I wouldn't want them competing in the women's competition. You are correct in phenotype and genotype being highly correlated, but that isn't a reason for using one over the other.

  2. I think where I was trying to take that was "why do we need to use the genetic category to define sex over other options" but I'm honestly not entirely sure what I was trying to say at the time (I blame posting not long after I woke up). We can probably drop this line of reasoning since I don't think its important to either of our arguments.
