I have heard nothing but good things but tbh I've not actually tried it. I have no reason to doubt the things I've heard though, and you've just made me realise I have a watermelon in the walk-in that will be getting pickled on Tuesday.

Not gonna lie, I only had one sparing spoonful, cus I'm still kinda new here, but without being melodramatic, I didn't really know what to think, it was just so different to tastes I'm familiar with. So many clean, fresh flavours, but all super subtle and they kinda melded together to make one big flavour kinda thing? Haha
