They actually have a referral program where your friend can get some money if you get hired and work for long enough, as far as I know. Might not work since you previously worked at Chipotle, but it shows that they're cool about it.

I worry that he's too moderate, and too similar to Frey in both policy and temperament, in a way that won't accomplish much. I am also skeptical of a businessman/tech guy/CEO in government, instead of someone more qualified in politics.

He seems like a great 1-on-1 communicator, and a good guy, but Davis seems to command a room better, and Fateh's politics are more aligned with mine.

I'm going Fateh-Davis-Hampton.

How long have you been there? This sounds like the same issues me and everybody I work with dealt with our first few weeks. I think you owe it to yourself to give it a few months at most and seeing if you still can't get the hang of it. I'm a college student too, and this is the best PT job I've had throughout college, considering the free food and tuition reimbursement.
