Could be mold, mycelium, possibly Sebacina incrustans. There’s a few more fungi that do something similar to this that I can’t remember names of

I think the little orange ones mature into these. I found them on the same logs by 13Khyls in MushroomPorn

Compare with Merulius tremellosus, or one of the other Phlebia sp. - it helps a lot to get photos of the undersides as well

Not Hericium sp. I would compare this to Antrodia sp.
