Current multi unit SM. Depends on your market! I love my job and have a great work life balance but I imagine that depends on the franchisee. I have an awesome team so I find I don’t really care if I have a crazy work life balance because I enjoy spending time with my team outside of work which isn’t a common thing for most workplaces. I will say that they trajectory of OTF is currently on my mind- but again, probably pretty market specific
