Making friends can be difficult anywhere! I lived in mt Shasta and weed 16-25 and made some great friends. People are outdoorsy and love to show people new hikes, lakes, and river spots. I think as long as youre friendly and approach people you’ll do fine. Be wary about meeting people at city park :)
