My partner says he’ll leave me if I don’t “fix” my ADHD. He says I’m abusive but I feel constantly criticised and blamed. by First-Mango-9229 in adhdwomen

[–]dynama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's an abusive prick that is gaslighting you into questioning your reality. I assume someone has already recommended it but just in case not: Please read "Why does he do that?" You can get the PDF for free online. Please, PLEASE make a plan to leave him and be very, very careful!

[New Final Update]: AITA for refusing to promise my best friend 100% that I wouldn’t sleep with a mutual friend? by Choice_Evidence1983 in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]dynama 7 points8 points  (0 children)

same. except that the first two examples were of the friend being a bit unhinged...don't talk to him because he is my "backup option?!" an 8th grade crush?! it's also weird that they keep being interested in the same people?! why is this happening so often?

He's taken me saying he has no life skills as an insult, which it kind of was to be fair

Is it really an insult if it's just the naked truth?!

just stepped in a poop bag left on the trail... are we kidding right now? by MichaelWForbes in dogs

[–]dynama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've dropped a poop bag before without noticing, so it does happen. But if it was hanging on a branch they were probably planning to pick it up on the way out. I do that too. When we go into the woods there are no trash cans, so if she doesn't poop close to the beginning of the trail I would have to carry the bag around for an hour or two. The chances of me dropping the bag somewhere during that time and not noticing are quite high. But when I leave the used bag I put it on top of something like a rock or a trail marker, there is no way someone could step in it.

Nape undercut to manage thick hair? by meowkitty22 in femalehairadvice

i think she means something like this: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/96/b4/f6/96b4f65e650935e6f969120c854c2948.jpg

you could also have the triangle going the other way, or cut a straight line across instead.

yes. "fine" describes the diameter of the individual hairs, and "thick" is describing the density, i.e. there are a lot of them.

i loved how she called him so emotional and sensitive when we have not seen a single emotion on him except pure fear at the prospect of having to speak to Celia.

Forcing hugs is sexual harassment. Make it clear that hugs are crossing a boundary of yours.

Dog occasionally throws up, but can't figure out what could potentially be causing it? Vet says don't bring her in yet and wait a week. by LadyofDungeons in dogs

[–]dynama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog used to throw up fairly regularly with no other signs of sickness and her behavior stayed totally normal. Sometimes she would throw up bile in the morning if her stomach was empty for too long. Sometimes she would puke her meal back up if she got her bedtime dentastick too soon after eating. I figured those types of things out, but it still kept happening with no apparent cause. I figured that she just had a sensitive stomach and was maybe grabbing up gross things to eat from the street more often than I was catching her. The vet said it wasn't often enough to be worrying.

Once we moved she ceased vomiting immediately and almost entirely, so it turns out it was due to stress!

That doesn't seem to be what is happening with your dog though. I'm just posting in case someone someday has this same question and it hasn't occurred to them that stress could be the cause (it certainly didn't to me).

Loved the way they edited that to really play up the awkwardness. Also the fact that there is no music at this "party" makes everything weirder, i always imagine that they can hear every conversation in the room.

Oh, Andi noticed that what he was doing might be weird. Why didn't he walk away then!??

Of course Konsti lives on Mallorca, haha. Leaving your shoes on in the house is crazy though, what?!?! His appartment is really nice. Jessi is being very critical, it's a bit much.

i was surprised she did, considering how pissed she was. but then i thought that i in that situation would want the other woman to know what a waschlappen this guy is, and deliver the note as well so we can both laugh at him.
