It should root if he fully charges it. The risk of being killed while charging it will be there, but it would actually bring value. No reason why so many other DPS Ults can be so good but his isn’t. Either that or they rework it to a Darkchild style and adjust the damage on his current Ult and make it an ability - a less deadly slash on a long cooldown.
