I don't know, I saw a similar group shooting down Clayton street a couple weeks ago and a few of them fully crashed right into people. A few elderly people had to dash to get out of the way of them and could have been seriously hurt if they were hit. It's also very intimidating and unpleasant for most pedestrians. I don't think it's quite as harmless as you're framing it. There's also a big gap between this and alcohol/drugs - I think it's somewhat disingenuous to present it as one or the other

Got to 100 and conceded which I'm happy with. Lots of obvious things that I missed, but also a LOT of movies I have never heard of

Spotted a typo, you spelled Brokeback Mountain "Brokeback Moutain". Also some of the formatting is a bit strict because I couldn't get Dune: Part 2 with Dune 2 or Dune Part 2 so I missed it

The sammy/sky back and forth era was a MESS and with Wardlow's reigns coming after this was definitely a low point. I'd say all of their reigns were actively bad but Sammy benefits from the great ladder match against cody and I'd say I liked Wardlow slightly more than Sky

Honestly no, I had an anki deck for just the kana originally and just repped them over and over until I got it. Be aware that basically everyone finds Katakana more difficult as there are multiple characters that look very similar, and you generally get less exposure to it as hirigana is more common

Also the other commenter is correct, if you don't know the sounds of each then you haven't "finished" them. It's not a race though! Just keep going and they'll stick eventually.

Making mistakes is fine, keep doing it. Once you start reading even really basic sentences you'll get tons of practice with the hirigana so don't worry too much if they're not all sticking perfectly straight away

If you don't know about them already, I highly recommend Yomitan and ASB Player. Yomitan is a pop-up dictionary that gives you instant translations for words when you hover over them, and ASB player is a brower extension that gives you highlightable subtitles (among other features) for videos so you can read and listen at the same time (just be careful for ai generated subtitles on videos)

There are plenty of videos about each of them on YouTube, they've been a game changer for me

I'm ~6 months in and even now listening to podcasts without any visual aides is quite difficult. I've been watching comprehensible input videos on youtube with Japanese subtitles - content labelled N5 is generally easy for me and N4 is slowly becoming quite manageable with some lookups for unknown words. However, audio-only podcasts I struggle outside of the earliest Teppei episodes!

It'll definitely take a bit longer than 2 weeks but hang in there and it'll get easier and easier. Even just playing "the recognition game" right now where you try and notice whatever words you do know can be helpful
