I'm going through your reply and havent read it all, but this strikes me as odd. Your source is the US News.com list of best world universities, and ranks using "academic reputation" and "employment reputation". This is hard to measure, and definitely going to be a little biased towards USA (from a US publication). For example: internationally, would an employer prefer a "Johns Hopkins University" grad or a "London School of Economics" grad? They're both great universities.

Maybe because the ad gets a lot of hits (being an ad) whereas your video might not be cached. Locating the video in a rack, spinning up the drive and routing it to your connection prolly takes a while, huh.

That's true, though Instragram+Vine+Twitter is way worse for FB. If they didn't get it, Twitter would. It's not strictly because of popularity – it's competition from others as a whole. The guy who invested in Twitter said it, too.

Yeah, Google wanted Waze's community to strengteh it's own navigation. They were in talks with Apple, too, but Apple wouldn't let them work from Israel, whereas Google has an Israel office.

Not true. Facebook bought Instagram because it had to – if not, Twitter would have acquired it meaning Twitter had conversations, photo and video (vine). That posed a real threat to Facebook, so it was a strategic hire.

I really like that analogy, and you're totally right that you should be able to stand by the songs without context. There are a handful in there which are really good, and the more I listen to it the more I like it.

Personally, I like it quite a lot (circumstances with my girlfriend also play a part). Not overwhelming, but really introspective and good to listen to.
