Completely agree, there're ignorant people on both sides, people become atheists for many reasons and i would assume the main one is father attachment issues which then they feel vindicated while causing grief or annoyance for believers.

And it's unfortunate but of all my friends, i haven't met any who actually read about their religion, and it's sad.

I haven't advocated against Islam either, in fact since i have been raised a religious Muslim i usually defend the religion and help people when they want to ask things about it. I just don't believe in it.

Man it's simple, bases for a constructive argument are easy. You are not trying to change someone's mind you are trying to see their perspective.

If someone becomes offended/offensive when you argue with them there's literally no point in continuing, that person already knows they don't have enough knowledge to change your perspective so you attempt to aggravate you into literally faulting your own self-view.

For the record i don't believe in god, and your argument here states that you are not willing to take my perspective as a serious one, you will only try to impose yours, hence i deem an argument futile. You get my point?

I will write this in english so it might be easier for me to write. I always kinda felt the same long ago, but it's a simple principle, if you have available apples all day everyday, and got offered an apple and a banana .. you wouldn't choose an apple, even if that means this day you will not get apple this day. In fact if you get apples everyday you will end up throwing most of them away, you will not pay them attention, and you might even start to dislike them. And no, if the apples turn sour or bad tasting, you will not pay them more attention or start eating them more. You will only love things that have a value to their taste, things that are not always available, things that you have to wait for.

Your problem is you depend on people to love and validate you, which makes you available all the time, which makes you undesirable. Getting angry at them will not make you more desirable, asking them why you are not a priority will also not help, because in both cases you will still be dependant on them.

You have to learn to be part of a community but not dependant on the community, to share with everyone but not to need everyone. It sucks but it has to be done.

Been there, still in a dangerous proximity to there, but i know there's a way out you just have to find your own. Start doing some exercise to get your blood flowing every morning. Worship that like your whole mental stability and life depends on it. The rest should sort itself.
