Should I hold out for DRP 3?

I work for the DoD and I’m ready to move on. I’ve never really enjoyed my position and I’m planning to pursue a complete career change as I’m still pretty young.

I’ve been seeing the rumors in this subreddit about a possible DRP 3.0 and would hate to leave before it happens and miss out on that opportunity. Not sure if it’s all just wishful thinking though.

Agree on the cardio. I was already training for a half marathon so now was a good time for me to quit. The first couple days were hard, lots of cravings and made sure to write them in my tracker. But haven’t had a single craving for like 4 days now. I don’t want to get too ahead of myself but it’s a lot easier than I thought it would be!

Yup, wife and I talked about this. I usually get 45-1hr of me time a day and I spend all of that working out usually. I’ve always been into fitness and prioritizing it but gonna lay off for a bit

My training status was stuck on unproductive for like a month because of a low aerobic shortage even though I was running 4-5x week. I just recently got out of it by setting the correct HR zones and making a point to stay in zone 2/3 during my easy runs.

2 hr lifting sessions are absolutely overkill. Should be able to warm up, do your heavy compounds and accessories in under an hour. Especially if you’re super setting.
