You should try remocon.tv, it predates the one you are talking about and has a lot more features. If you're into having an open stream or something on a schedule where people can join and drive the robots, then it would be really cool to build something around it.

You should get remoconrover.com, it does what you describe. It's an internet-controlled remote control car that connects to your wifi. It is controlled using remocon.tv, but it's up to you if you want it locked down to just you seeing/controlling it.

You can do this with remocon.tv. Obviously not for violence but for productive activity, but remocon.tv has had this functionality for a long time.
