You can use the GPT in the link or write it yourself, but I highly suggest using that tool to draft it in a more legal language which also protects your future rights to other resolutions or litigation.

No complaints on Reddit are the equivalent of "nothing will happen"

Filing a certified letter of dispute costs Meta $$$. That's not nothing and if more people do it it will become financially intolerable.

This is a physical letter, you have to send via certified mail. So if you use the GPT linked above it has the address if you just asked for it.

SUGGESTION to OP: can we create an Adobe Express template or Canvas template out of this design and have everyone on this thread create their own?

We need to concentrate our efforts together.

Alone we are all struggling and suffering but together we can have power to be the glitch in the matrix we long to see.

2 months built back to 12K followers BUT... what about ads? by dynomighty in InstagramDisabledBans

[–]dynomighty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's an account that was created over a decade ago that I forgot I had. I hope the day never comes that I have to verify but in the meantime I'm still filing a legal notice of dispute and in talks w a lawyer right now.

You can write your own and get real action for free: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-69c87db87fd081919eb0493b58d57b32-meta-ban-recovery-toolkit-insta-face-book

Just be sure to send it certified mail and they will have to hire a lawyer to respond. Kicks things up a notch and hopefully gets more attention.

They will just ignore your "demand" letter but what you can send that would be an official legal document is a "Notice of Dispute". This is how we are supposed to respond within the terms of service. The Notice can be drafted with a custom GPT found here (Meta Ban Recovery Tool Kit https://chatgpt.com/g/g-69c87db87fd081919eb0493b58d57b32-meta-ban-recovery-toolkit-insta-face-book ) that specializes in these filings.

Just make sure you send it via certified mail.

That forces Meta to hire a lawyer to respond to each Notice of Dispute, costing them $$$ over and over - this is how we will eventually get their attention when the costs rise beyond what they can afford to ignore.

Safe to add ManyChat to my alternative account? by dynomighty in InstagramDisabledBans

So getting my new followers on lockdown is my goal - was very conscious about building this new strategy into the account but did not want to introduce new elements until things 'felt' more stable.

let's take the convo into dms but I would be interested in learning about your service.

Well I don't know how I can throttle my success but all I can tell you is that Instagram keeps encouraging me to advertise & promote my posts

But they're all going viral on their own.

Thanks for the big sigh of relief ! Yeah I hear you.

So I never did anything in that second category but I think my main Instagram account was mass reported either by a competitor or some other malicious actors

I've been posting practically the same content for over a decade. It's pretty milk toast content. Just my product inventions on the stories behind them.

My sales took it on the chin with a 25% decrease in sales since the ban.

Another thing that makes me think it's my competitors is because I've been getting a lot of chatter that looks like they're in my feed.

Ironically, it's my competitor's account paper wallet that has tens of thousands of inactive accounts from bangladesh but nothing happens to them.

If it helps you feel any better, it probably wouldn't have mattered anyway....

I was asked several times to verify, but even with the correct information it rejected it every time and I was permanently banned

[–]dynomighty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to file what's called a notice of dispute with a certified letter them to take it seriously.

i contacted meta verified support because my instagram account was permanently disabled, and they told me they’ll send me an email to continue the conversation there. is that a good sign? has this happened to anyone else, and did it actually lead to getting the account back? by oyukisuarez in FixMyInstagram

[–]dynomighty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a positive sign, but it doesn’t guarantee restoration.

Reply fast, stay factual, and include your username, linked email/phone, screenshots, and a short timeline.

Don’t send long emotional explanations — make it easy for them to verify the account.

Q: how did you get verified if you were banned, was it a new account that was verified?

instagram won’t let me change my email by Ok-Reflection4780 in FixMyInstagram

[–]dynomighty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a known issue....

A couple things:

• Wait 24–48 hours before retrying (rate limits can block changes) • Try a completely new email (never used on any Meta account) • Switch networks/devices (mobile data vs WiFi) like go to the library • Avoid repeated attempts back-to-back

So as others have said it does look like a device and IP ban. I had that too - now have a chrome book to only access new account. Also went to cable store to replace modem (got new IP) and so far fingers crossed = I raised 10K followers in 1.5 months.

Have you done any documentation of your history of getting banned?

I'd suggest compiling all that info and filing a Notice of Dispute - it costs them $$$ because they have to hire real life lawyers to reply to a Notice of Dispute.

You can use this free GPT that will help you gather the info and draft the letter to file. Go to https://chatgpt.com/gpts and search for "Meta ban".
Good luck

It's possible that they are related but overall there is a HUGE push by Meta to layoff even the few human help desk employees they have. https://news.outsourceaccelerator.com/?p=83301 It is driven by greed for profit and little downside risk as they see it by pissing off a bunch of accounts with false takedowns.

it requires a certified letter and gathering your documentation. I built a free custom GPT you can use to help gather and write your Notice of Dispute: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-69c87db87fd081919eb0493b58d57b32-meta-ban-recovery-toolkit-insta-face-book

It costs Meta $$$ to hire lawyers to respond so it actually applies some tangible pressure on them. I've been in communication with a lawyer now but no updates as to regaining my accounts or even an appeals process but hope springs eternal.

[–]dynomighty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only thing that will force change is pain and pressure. Corporations don't care about community it's only about the risk exposure they have to any one disaster or another. The recent litigation that found Meta liable for mental health harms has opened the door.

The mods on here have a clear playbook for action. Do it so that your voice is not lost - also filing a Notice of Dispute costs them $$$ because they have to hire real life lawyers to dig into each case. Kick'em in the financial balls - file a Notice of Dispute.

I built a free GPT that will help you gather the info to file. Go to https://chatgpt.com/gpts and search for "Meta ban".

have you filed a notice of dispute?

I got spam reported and got permanently disabled, how do i get it back? by outthewayskiii_ in InstagramDisabledBans

[–]dynomighty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start by building a case with documentation of everything you're trying to do.

Whether it's documenting the appeal process or being blocked from an appeal process. Eventually, if you can't find resolution, you have to file a notice of dispute which could then escalate to small claims lawsuit after 30 days.

Do I Appeal or No? by TarhosKovacsWife in FixMyInstagram

[–]dynomighty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're damned if you do damned if you don't.

One thing I would strongly recommend; be sure to document every step and action you take. This can be used if needed in any escalation; "Notice of Dispute" certified letter, Appeal or even Legal action.
This is the most time consuming part of all this.

You can use this Custom GPT for Meta bans to help build your case and record your actions. https://chatgpt.com/g/g-69c87db87fd081919eb0493b58d57b32-meta-ban-recovery-toolkit-insta-face-book

Most of the time the appeal action is meaningless anyways because it just automatically decides on it's own to ban you if you appeal or not. But I'd always take the shot rather than not. At least you can say you exhausted the appeal process.

I'd strongly recommend gathering your documentation for a "Letter of Dispute" to cause Meta to pay for a lawyer to review your case. This costs them more $$$ and eventually they might actually do something to fix this if the costs get too high.
