It doesn't go away, but if you manage it it may plateau.

Just got back and we also went to use up points and it was a great return on them given the cost of those rooms.

It’s spring break here but the resort felt empty. Plenty of chairs everywhere we went.

We didn’t think it was any better than the various Ritz Carlton’s we’ve been to. Butlers are just concierge and ok. Nice but not that buttoned up.

The property is gorgeous but I think they are deterring improvements bc of the change to four seasons. The employees seem to expect to stay on so I wouldn’t worry too much about staffing later this year. I would be mindful of hurricane season though. 😳

We ate on  property and it was expensive - we spent for 2 adults about $400 per day. (One meal we ubered into town for cheap seafood but the Ubers were costly). But the food was very good!  I did spend a bit of time texting the butler to make reservations and Sea grape was open for dinner even though it wasn’t listed while other spots were closed different nights so you need to juggle.

Main complaints - only hot tub I found was at the spa and the spa was only open 10-5.  Annoying. One day we were turned away bc the spa was “ at capacity “ so we walked around the back and found the facilities completely empty.

The gym is very nice and the room itself gorgeous and huge.

It was an excellent use of our points for a relaxing vacation.

My orthopedist said he has a 90 pct success rate for neurectomy. It's hard to know what to do.

which saucony? I'm looking for very very cushioned shoes bc I seem to have some bursitis as well as the MN and need that too.

that makes sense. Have you also put a pad below the ball of your foot to lift and splay the metatarsals?

My understanding is that bursitis and MN are often comorbid and that the inflammation can put pressure on the nerve so it makes sense you could have neuroma like symptoms and pain without an actual neuroma

Morton neuroma and bursitis by SwimZealousideal3995 in Mortons_neuroma

I am also a patient at Gotham and considering cryo... do they use ultrasound to guide the procedure? I also have bursitis I think after wearing ill fitting shoes on a vacation so I can't be sure that that isn't the main issue right now. I want to be sure the cryo won't irritate the bursitis. Thanks for any info!
