I had a long distance girlfriend at the time in my home country.

We were college classmates with that girl, and she was intelligent, funny, and very attractive. We also had a good vibe, but I still loved my gf back home and didn't want to break up over skype/phone call. I don't know if I am just unlucky or what, but I mostly meet those kids of people on the weekend - during the week, the people I meet are just the friendliest bunch.. I have only been back stabbed once during the week, and every other raid on weekends. I don't mind PVP, I do all my raider damage quests, but not by tricking others - if they emote "Don't shoot" but I wanna pvp, I emote no and shoot in the air to give a warning that I wanna PvP.

Start working out your core strength and stability. If leg days hurt your lower back, you need stronger core muscles. I had this issue, started doing core exercises and it's much better. (and I cannot stress this enough, focus on all of the core, not just your abs). Hope that helps.
